- Open to taking on new certifications or modalities/techniques (such as sports massage, lymphatic drainage massage, or other alternative treatments) or willingness to learn is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing massage therapy and recommend appropriate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with professional standards using JaneApp.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive percentage-based split (independent contractor model at 70/30) – Our RMTs earn a guaranteed minimum of $101.50 per hour - rewarding your skill while giving you the flexibility to thrive

Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)
- Valid liability/malpractice insurance and CPR First Aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented
