I wanted to tell you about a type of treatment that most people don’t know about. It’s called Lymphatic Drainage, and it’s one of my personal favourites!
LD isn’t like any other type of massage. It’s very gentle, yet incredibly profound.
It’s essentially like a detox that helps your body reset anytime you put lots of crap into it, as we all do now and then 🙂
Or when you choose Netflix over exercise for one too many days in a row and you’d do anything to feel human again.
If you’re feeling a bit lethargic or even on the verge of a cold, I can’t recommend this to you enough:
Get a series of Lymphatic Drainage treatments to encourage the flow of lymph fluids around your body and remove toxins from your muscle tissue.
It works best as a series of 3-5 treatments over 1-2 weeks because it’s like a detox.
Do that at least once a year when you feel like you need to get yourself back on track. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
Oh, right, and I almost forgot why I started writing this email in the first place.
Sometimes people find they lose weight the morning after an LD treatment. I recently had a client tell me she lost 5 pounds after just one treatment — which is more than usual but not unheard of.
