The tools I use for better massage treatments

What tools do you use in your workday? Most likely a computer or other technology that helps you not only perform your tasks better but also to help you function better. We all use different tools in our daily lives.

Massage therapy has been around for a very long time, much longer than computers or the Internet! But there are certain, very effective tools I use every day that haven’t changed much over the years, as well as newer, more higher tech ones as well. In the next few blogs you will learn about the following four tools I use to help your body relax and receive the massage techniques:

  1. An amethyst Biomat
  2. Essential oils
  3. Sandbags
  4. Pillows

It is so important to me to continue to upgrade my knowledge and to offer clients the most well-rounded and effective tools and techniques to help them feel their best. I would like to tell you about these methods in the next few blogs so you can learn more about what is happening while you are on my table. This can help you realise how each of the tools is there not just for comfort but for better health.

The most important goal during a massage treatment is to calm the nervous system. And this can be done in different ways using these four tools. They all work to provide a soothing and calming environment that will help you relax and let your body be open to the treatments.  Stay tuned!
