Susan Polano, Founder, Certified Holistic Bodyworker
A certified and gifted body-worker, Susan practices holistic massage. She has been practising in the health and wellness industry for over 11 years in Massage, Prenatal Care, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy. Susan is passionate about alternative health and the healing arts. She believes that the benefits of natural healing work alongside traditional scientific approaches. Drawing from her expertise in several modalities, Thermotherapy, Aromatherapy, Joint Release Movements, Shiatsu and Swedish Massage, Susan provides an intuitive, comforting and customized treatment with each massage. Her sessions not only stimulate the muscles and lymphatic system, but also create positive effects to the heart and mind that last long after the treatments are over.
Please note that Susan is a Certified Holistic Bodyworker, not a Registered Massage Therapist. Many extended benefits programs are beginning to recognize bodywork as an eligible service.
Kasha Karami, RMT
Feel relaxed, rejuvenated and leave the treatment feeling like you really got some work done! Kasha, the only in-house RMT at Oceana, works from superficial to deep. He starts by calming the nervous system down so that he can access the muscles that really need the work done, the deep muscles in the body. His talent lies in sports injury and prevention AND…this may surprise you, also women’s health issues. In school he worked with a women with dysmenorrhea (painful and debilitating periods and related symptoms). He saw first hand what help massage therapy could be and to this day, that client still feels the benefits! He believes and KNOWS that massage therapy makes a difference in people’s lives. He wants to help people be free of their pain, balance their bodies and grow stronger. He is the strong silent type, and really wants you to focus on yourself during treatment. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you leave, but it won’t be all relaxation.

Rachel Evans, Certified Bodyworker
Rachel is a truly holistic practitioner. She believes that the mind-body-soul connection is the most important. A massage with Rachel will have a therapeutic approach while being tailored to your individual needs. She is kind, easy going and loves connecting with her clients. She will help invoke your body’s powerful mind-body connection leaving you feeling revitalized and relaxed not only physically but mentally as well. With regular care you will gain a better awareness of this mind-body connection and learn to utilize it to manage everyday stress in your life. She is passionate about natural health and wellness and is currently studying to become a certified herbalist. She walks her talk.
Rachel has a vast amount of hands on experience in providing Swedish massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point massage, aromatherapy massage and lymphatic drainage throughout her 17 year holistic massage practise.

Matty is meticulous, knowledgeable and caring. Matty believes in making real connections, both with the client and their muscles, truly listening to the body and only working as fast and deep as it allows. After a treatment with Matty you can expect tensions to melt away and injuries to ease over time.
