She has been practising in the health and wellness industry for over 11 years in Massage, Prenatal Care, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy. Susan is passionate about alternative health and the healing arts. She believes that the benefits of natural healing work alongside traditional scientific approaches. Drawing from her expertise in several modalities, Thermotherapy, Aromatherapy, Joint Release Movements, Shiatsu and Swedish Massage, Susan provides an intuitive, comforting and customized treatment with each massage. Her sessions not only stimulate the muscles and lymphatic system, but also create positive effects to the heart and mind that last long after the treatments are over.

Kasha Karami, RMT
Kasha has always been interested in how the human body works, the relation between each and every muscle, and even organs. He is an active person and loves to partake in different sports like martial arts and soccer, and read in my spare time.
Kasha is on his path to a healthier lifestyle and body, and understands what it feels to want to make the health of your body a priority. Kasha loves his job and believes massage therapy can make a difference in people’s lives, and he would love to help you make that happen.
Rachel Evans, Bodyworker
Rachel believes that all that we need to achieve optimal health lies within ourselves, the earth and our connections with others. She is passionate about natural health and wellness and is currently studying to become a certified herbalist. She also has had a dedicated personal yoga practice for many years which has allowed her to gain an even greater personal knowledge of the body in relation to movement and musculature. She has found that this has given her more insight into how to better treat the individual needs of those she works with. Her yoga practice has also afforded her the preventative maintenance self care that her body requires to keep up with the physical demands of her long time career. She truly does try to practise what she preaches.
